The Ferrari 488 is a super sports car owned by Ferrari. It uses a 3.9-litre V8 twin-turbine engine to meet the needs of high-speed sports.

Before LaFerrari’s V12+KERS technology is transferred to the next generation of Ferrari 12-cylinder streetcars, perhaps the V6 variant of 488GTB’s V8 twin-turbine engine (think the one on Alfa Romeo Giulia four-leaf model) will give birth to a new generation of entry-level Ferrari.
