The official website of AIRBFT air suspension shares with you:Toyota Alphard 40 Series Air Suspension Height Sensor Installation Tutorial.

The 40 Series Alphard is Toyota’s fourth generation flagship luxury MPV, which will be officially replaced in 2023. It is fully based on the TNGA-K architecture, with significantly improved body rigidity and a thorough improvement of the previous generation’s shortcomings of high-speed drifting and loose chassis. The entire series is equipped with a 2.5L dual engine hybrid system, with a comprehensive power of up to 250 horsepower, matched with an E-CVT gearbox and optional E-Four electronic four-wheel drive. The WLTC operating condition has a fuel consumption of only 6.3 liters per 100 kilometers, balancing smooth power and fuel economy.
The overall size of the vehicle is 4995 × 1850 × 1935mm, with a wheelbase of 3000mm. It offers various seat layouts including 6-seater, 7-seater, and 8-seater. The top of the line second row is equipped with independent aviation seats with heating, ventilation, and multi-point massage, paired with double-sided electric sliding doors, electric tailgate, multi-layer soundproof glass, and chassis enhanced sound insulation. Compared with the 30 Series, the high-speed quietness is significantly improved. The car is equipped with a 14 inch central control screen, full LCD instrument panel, four zone independent air conditioning, and rear exclusive audio and video control system. The interior is decorated with solid wood patterns and multi-color ambient lights, highlighting a luxurious atmosphere.
The chassis adopts front MacPherson strut and rear double wishbone independent suspension, equipped with frequency sensing shock absorbers, but the original factory does not have air suspension in the entire series. After full load, the rear of the car will slightly sink, and the body height cannot be adjusted. Only air suspension can be modified later to achieve body leveling function. The appearance adopts a large horizontal chrome grille combined with through type LED headlights, creating a stable and atmospheric business atmosphere, and forming a differentiated positioning with the sporty style of the Vellfire; The entire vehicle comes standard with the TSS 3.0 full set of active safety systems, including full range adaptive cruise control, lane centering, pre collision protection, panoramic imaging, and automatic parking, with fully equipped safety features. With excellent second row seating quality, stable and reliable hybrid system, and top-notch resale value in the MPV market, the 40 Series Alphard has long been the mainstream choice for high-end business receptions and high-end family travel. The only shortcoming is the high terminal purchase cost, the lack of air suspension in the original chassis, and the inferior shock absorption performance of the Lexus LM equipped with air suspension under long-term full load or complex road conditions.
