The BMW F30 is an internal corporate logo developed by BMW for its sixth generation 3-series mid size vehicles, produced at BMW factories in Munich, Regensburg, Shenyang, and Roslin.
It has been the successor model of the E90 since 2012, and the official release ceremony of the F30 was held on October 14, 2011 at BMW headquarters in Munich. The first three box version was released from February 11, 2012.
